Træningsfilosofi:

Trœning har altid vœret en stor del af mit liv. Sport er en fantastisk og sund terapi for ens mentalitet og krop, idet man opnår flere spœndende udfordringer gennem trœning.

Fra egen erfaring udarbejder jeg et motiverende, varierende og sjovt træningsprogram. Gennem din træning fokuserer jeg på dine mål, behov og helbred, for at opnå et holdbart synligt resultat. Tryghed er vigtigt gennem et trœningsforløb, idet man arbejder ud fra ens comfort-zone i forhold til ens krop. Dette vil jeg tage højde for og udforme programmet, så det passer bedste til dig.

Styrke og vilje til at holde motivationen gennem forløbet, opbygger vi sammen fra de mål eller ønsker som du har. Samtidig finder vi glœden i at trœne og afslutte med en tilfreds og god fornemmelse.

Som vejleder vil jeg forandre dine kostrutiner og tilføje aktiviteter ind i din hverdag. Denne nye tilpasning, vil forhindre dårlige og unødvendige vaner, som kun modarbejder dine mål. Som guide, finder jeg løsninger, således at du opnår et sundere og bedre livssyn.

Perfection !

I was very impressed with the way Amalie worked with me.
She analysed the way I train and made me a specific training program that fitted so well in terms of skill and fitness I had but also in the time I could give to work out every week.
Amalie is passionate and always driven when it comes to Personal Training.
She is determined to make sure her clients are looked after and get the results they want to see.
I was very impressed with her work ethic on how she wants to stamp herself into the world of fitness and wellness.
She is always striving to improve what she can do so she can bring the best service possible to her clients.
She is always wanting to improve her fitness and nutrition knowledge by following courses or going to seminars.

Review

I was initially very skeptical of personal trainers because I was convinced that I could achieve the same results myself if I just put my mind to it. But then working out was always a chore so I never maintained a regular routine and therefore did not get any results.

However after meeting Amalie, my opinion has completely changed. Her professionalism and enthusiasm have keep me engaged over the past weeks and working out has actually become fun! She is friendly but at the same time very disciplined, always prepared and pushes me to my limits. The change in both my body and mind has been really amazing! I have booked another set of sessions with her as it really is worth the investment. I would not hesitate to recommend Amalie to anyone who is looking to make a change in their lives and get fit!

Amalie som Trœner

Amalie er uden tvivl en dygtig træner og er alle pengene værd. Hun er fyldt med energi, engageret og er en målrettet person. Med Amalies hjælp, får man et varieret træningsprogram, der er egnet til ens personlige behov og ønsker. Hun er ikke bange for at skubbe og udfordrer en, hvis hun synes der er behov for det. Man kan være sikker på at med Amalies hjælp, kommer man ikke kun til at se fremskridt, men man lærer også en masse tricks og får råd under hele træningsprogrammet!

Amalie har fra vores første møde, formået at motiverer mig med hendes åbne og glade sind. Hun var velforberedt på vores samtale og lagde stor fokus på mine behov og evt. Skader. Under træning gør ovenstående sig gældende og jeg føler, at jeg får det optimale ud af hver eneste træning sammen med Amalie. Der bliver trænet igennem, motiveret og taget hensyn, en super godt kombination til en sundere livstil.

New way of living

I have never experienced a more motivating, and innovative trainer. Amalie has changed the way I look at gym and the way in which I now approach it. I feel that my attitude towards gym has changed and that I can finally go to gym, motivated to do the exercises that I never would have done before. I have had a great few months with Amalie, and I would recommend her to any one needing that extra kick and motivating factor. She has helped me get into summer shape and helped me understand what exercises are better than others and how to do them correctly.

A fantastic motivator

Amalie is one of the best personal trainers I have had the pleasure of meeting. Each training session is unique, which really suits me, as there are no \"boring\" excercises and repetitions. She is also very interested in creating results for her clients, and this makes her a great motivator. There is great focus on technique and gaining results.

I am only happy to give Amalie my warmest recomendations!

Rating of training

I've done two months with Amalie for now and have already seen amazing results. Not only my appearance has changed, but I also feel a lot better and a lot stronger. I have never been very sporty and Amalie has made me love going to the gym and I get excited to every single training session I have with her! Will absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants to loose weight, or just get stronger and feel better about themselves!

Hurtig resultat

Amalie er en energisk og motiverende træner der lytter til dine behov og mål. Jeg har trænet med Amalie i over to måneder med synlige resultater. Hun sørger for at motivere dig undervejs og ændre øvelserne så træningen ikke bliver ensformig.
